Delete Your Völli-UP Account

This page explains how to delete your Völli-UP account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the Völli-UP mobile app.

Delete your account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the app on the device where you are signed in:

Open the Völli-UP app and sign in if you are not already.
From the app home page, open your profile.
Open the sidebar options and choose “Delete Account”.
Confirm the request. Your account and personal data are removed as described below.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email help@volliup.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify your identity before we can process the request.

We will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and email you once it is done.

What is deleted and what we keep

Deleted

Your profile and account login
Personal details such as your name, email, and contact information
Your links to event registrations, scores, and standings

Retained for a limited time

Transaction and payment records (processed by Stripe) are kept only as long as required to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized.
Data we are required to keep by law, or that has been aggregated or anonymized so it can no longer identify you, may be retained.
