Völli-UP is a mobile app that helps streamline sports events. Organizers spend less time on setup and more time making the event better for players. Players stay up to date on schedules, scores, standings, and notifications before, during, and after an event.
Your account links your registration to the event — no more pen and paper, long wait times, or wondering if you made bracket play. It keeps you updated throughout the event.
For youth events, a parent or guardian must register youth players. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including when an event concludes. Users under 13 cannot create accounts. Players ages 13–17 may have an account with parent or guardian permission when competing in an adult event. See our Policies for more detail.
Refunds are handled by event organizers. Check the event’s refund policy. If you need help resolving a dispute, reach out to help@volliup.com — we will help where we can.
Yes. Payments are processed through Stripe, a payment processor used by companies such as Amazon, Google, Lyft, Shopify, and Zoom. Stripe encrypts sensitive data in transit and at rest.

On the app home page, open your profile and choose delete in the sidebar options. Account deletion and data retention are described in our Privacy Policy.
