Völli-UP is a mobile application that automates sports events. It helps Event Organizers to maximize their efficiency when running events by removing the need to manually complete extensive event setup. This allows Organizers to spend more focus on making the event better for players.

For players, Völli-UP keeps players up-to-date on everything happening before, during, and after an event. Notifications from Event Organizers, score keeping, scheduling, standings, etc. help keep the player in the know.

Your user account will allow you to link your registration info to the actual event. No more pen and paper, long wait times, or uncertainty about if you made bracket play or not. Your account with Völli-UP will keep you updated.

For all youth events, Völli-UP requires a parent or guardian to register youth players. The event will be managed by the Event Organizer and any personal data will be removed from the app at the conclusion of the event.

Völli-UP does not allow users under the age of 13 to create accounts in order to create a safe environment for children and their privacy. Players between the ages of 13-17 are allowed to have a user account with the permission of a parent of guardian and when competing in an adult tournament.

Refunds are handled 100% by Event Organizers. Check the events website for refund policy.

Völli-UP will help resolve any disputes over refunds. Reach out to us at help@volliup.com.

Yes! We process payments through Stripe, who is a trusted name for many companies such as Amazon, Google, Lyft, Shopify, and Zoom.

Stripe encrypts sensitive data both in transit and at rest. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting primary account numbers (PANs), such as credit card numbers, runs in a separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with the rest of our services.

On the app home page, click on your profile and then click delete in the listed options on the sidebar. All of your data will be removed from the app!
